About Us

Julie Haroun is the Founder and Managing Broker of Westport Residential, which she launched in 2006. With over 40 years of experience, Julie began her career in the 1980s with Time Equities Inc., marketing and selling condominiums and co-ops across New York City. She later practiced real estate law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges before moving to Westport, where she raised three children while becoming a top-producing broker at Coldwell Banker. That success inspired her to create Westport Residential, a boutique brokerage specializing in single family new construction homes.

In addition to her role at Westport Residential, Julie and her husband, Robert, are co-owners of SIR Development, Westport’s premier luxury home builder. Through this partnership, Westport Residential serves as the exclusive sales agent for SIR’s new construction homes. Julie’s long-standing ties to the community, combined with her industry expertise, give her clients unmatched insight into Westport’s luxury market and the new-construction process.

Annie joined Westport Residential as a CT Licensed Real Estate Salesperson after spending five years at PepsiCo in e-commerce digital marketing. After graduating from Staples High School, she attended the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). A Westport, Connecticut native, she is deeply familiar with the local school system and all the town’s beautiful features.

In addition to her role at Westport Residential, Annie acts as Operations Manager to SIR Development, Westport’s premier luxury home builder. Annie plays a vital role in the company, serving as the president’s right hand and assisting in all aspects of development, leasing and construction. She brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude to work every day, qualities that homeowners and tenants greatly appreciate.
